Brown Sugar Cookies

These cookies are one of my favorite recipes. The cookies are crispy, sweet and hearty. I also love that the cookies are made out of brown sugar to give them a nice molasses taste. The white chips are a perfect compliment. If you have cinnamon chips or coffee chips those would be great as well.

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients

1 1/2 stick butter softened

1 cup of light brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon of ground all spice

1 large egg

2 cups of flour

2 teaspoons of baking soda

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1/2 cup of white chocolate chips

Directions

1. Cream brown sugar and butter. Add egg and mix. In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients. Add flour mixture to butter mixture. Add in vanilla. Fold in chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until done.
